The State of Preschools

What happens if there isn’t enough money to support teaching staff, and their respective responsibilities? Who will be held responsible if children are left unattended, or there are far too many children with too few teaching staff? These thoughts haunt my daily experience as a Prekindergarden teacher.

I've been working at PACE Headstart for just over a year now.  I've just begun my second year and it's been an incredible whirlwind of emotions, disappointments and victories.  There's more to come.
